Fully integrated within VDoc Portal, VDoc Easy Site takes advantage of all the underlying features like synchronized directory, accurate permissions and document publishing.

In one click from a portlet in the portal, you can manage all the web sites you have in charge. From this portlet, you are informed of the pending pages waiting for approval and you can also fix any unreachable links.

Only a web browser is necessary to create, administrate or manage the content of the web sites:
- No development
- No additional tool
- No HTML knowledge

All documents available for download and all the graphics or animations used in the website are stored in file repositories to simplify managing access and updating.
